We learned many ways to use the smartboard and the smartboard in conjunction with notebook software. It was very interesting and I can’t wait to use it next year.

I was able to use the delicious website to set up my own account. I imported my entire bookmark file and was also able to add sites to my delicious file from other delicious members and the web. If you don’t know what delicious is check out their site del.icio.us.

Another good webquest is the one you will see when you click here. The quest has students get an understanding of what a logarithm is by having them investigate logarithmic scales in various ways.
The last webquest I found involves creating a fantasy trip around the world and using the average monthly temperatures to make a sinusoidal curve that can be used to predict temps for the locations at given times. Click on the curve below to view it.
